On 24 February 2016, Bocconi University Milan will host a LIPSE roadshow.
The LIPSE roadshow event Learning from Innovation in the Public Sector Environments aims at disseminating the most important evidences of the LIPSE work packages especially highlighting the enabling factors of innovation in the public sector, the related performance measurement system and the risks of doing innovation to create public value. The scope of the debate is to enable a scholar-practitioner dialogue over relevant topics on innovation in the public sector, giving a complete picture on what has been done so far and drawing the most prominent challenges for the future.The scope of the debate is to enable a peer-to-peer dialogue on relevant topics on innovation in the public sector, providing a complete picture on what has been done so far and drawing the most prominent challenges for the future.
The event will take place during the Bocconi for Government Week 2016, the annual event at Bocconi University where the University opens its doors and shares the expertise of its faculty and research centers on public affairs issues: reforms, institutions and policies.
Professor Greta Nasi (leader workpackage 5 LIPSE project) will give a speech on ''Framing Social Innovation in the European Public Sector'. There will also be a roundtable in which various LIPSE researchers from (different) EU countries share their insights, based on the evidence from the LIPSE research.
