Dr. Laura den Dulk is associate professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her main area of expertise is cross-national research regarding work-life policies (including teleworking) in organisations in different welfare state regimes. She participated in various EC research projects: 'Quality of life in a changing Europe' (QUALITY), and 'Gender, Parenthood and the Changing European Workplace: young adults negotiating the work-family boundary' (TRANSITIONS). In 2010 she became editor of the international journal Community, Work and Family. In 2011 she published for instance on 'The Work-life balance support in Europe: the impact of the state, workplace and family support on work-life balance satisfaction' in Work, Employment and Society (vol. 25, nr 2)
