Prof. Jean-Michel Eymeri-Douzans is associated to the ENA. He is also a professor at the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse. He has extensive expertise on research in public service innovation. Further, he is interested in comparative politics within the EU, administrative reform, public policy analysis and e-government. He has produced numerous books and articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as Science Politique de l'Europe, European Political Science and Politiques et Management Public. In 2011 he published a book on Administrative reforms and democratic governance (Taylor & Francis).
