Dr. Greta Nasi is an associate professor at UB. Her fields of interest concern e-government, change management in the public sector, collaborative public management, and the impact of technology in the public sector and healthcare. She published several articles about the impact of personnel policies in government, public management in Italy and innovations in accounting. In 2011 she published in Governance (vol. 24, nr. 2) on civil service reforms in Italy in relation to external endorsement and administrative leadership.
