Dr. Valentina Mele is an assistant professor at UB. Her research interests include management systems in the public sector, reform and innovation processes in public administration, public management policy, information technology in the public and healthcare sectors (E-Government and Local Networks), communication and advocacy in the public sector and Business-Government relations. She has published several books and articles regarding internationalization by global corporatism, changes in public performance and innovation by e-government. She published in 2010 an article in Governance regarding the invention and persistence of public management reform and public innovation policies (vol. 23, nr.2)
