Dr. Tony Kinder is a senior lecturer in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the UEDIN Business School. Here, he is also the director of the MBA programme. As leader of the West Lothian Council and Executive Member and Economic Committee Chair of the Lothian Regional Council, he has ample practical experience in public sector modernisation, innovation and change management. His research is aimed at innovation in care services for people with dementia, learning processes in public service innovation and learning in service innovation. He has published in numerous international peer-reviewed journals, such as International Journal of Technology Management, Financial Accountability & Management and Public Management Review. In 2010 (vol. 51 nr.1) he published for instance an article on 'Social innovation in Services' in International Journal of Technology Management.
